Since we started, we aim to develop design and planning from the sectional master plan of town and district to master development plan of cities and villages, concept and architectural design, engineering planning, and interior and exterior design of residential and commercial buildings in compliance which is environmentally friendly and contributes to shaping the culture of the dedicated community, based on the interest of our clients and investors, market demand, as well as features and detailed research of the specific projects.
During this time, we developed the design and planning of various projects including “National Blood Transfusion Research Center” of the Ministry of Health, “E-Library” of the National University of Mongolia, “220K Luxury Residence” of Max Construction LLC, “Gerlug Vista Residential Complex” of Tavan Bogd Property LLC, “Alpha Zone Residential Complex” of Teso Properties LLC, “Sansar Chain Supermarket” of Altan Joloo LLC, “International Finance Center”, “Peace Tower”, and “Green School”.
For further, we aim to bring our projects to perfection, providing comprehensive services of architectural design, engineering, interior design as well as project management which included detailed research and the brand culture and atmosphere of the clients. We, also, consider that perspective of green and energy-efficient technologies which reduce carbon emission is emerging these days.
